Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the cooked beef.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
