Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned.

- Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, and oregano. Stir well.
