Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups arugula
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 3-4 minutes until charred.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Arrange the arugula on a serving platter.
- Place the grilled peaches on top of the arugula.
- Tear the burrata cheese and scatter it over the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
