Ingredients

  • 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and maple syrup until well coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
