Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is crisp-tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
