Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the vegetables in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the heavy cream over the vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
