Ingredients

  • 500g green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
  4. Season with sea salt and black pepper, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
