Ingredients
- 500g green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
