Ingredients

  • 1 cup shaved ice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened red beans
  • 1/4 cup sweetened white beans
  • 1/4 cup jackfruit, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sweetened banana slices
  • 1/4 cup coconut strips
  • 1/4 cup sweetened palm fruit
  • 1/4 cup ube halaya (purple yam jam)
  • 1/4 cup leche flan (caramel custard)
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 scoop of ube ice cream


Instructions

  1. Prepare a tall glass or bowl for serving.
  2. Layer the sweetened red beans, white beans, jackfruit, banana slices, coconut strips, and palm fruit at the bottom of the glass.
  3. Add the shaved ice on top of the layered ingredients.
  4. Drizzle evaporated milk over the shaved ice.
  5. Top with a scoop of ube halaya and a slice of leche flan.
  6. Add a scoop of ube ice cream on top.
  7. Serve immediately and mix well before eating.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less evaporated milk.
