Ingredients
– 2 packs of ramen noodles
– 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 tsp ginger, grated
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
– 1 tbsp chili paste
– ½ cup heavy cream
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– Salt & pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro & green onions for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook noodles:
– Prepare ramen noodles as directed on package.
– Drain and set aside. -
Sauté aromatics:
– In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
– Add onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant. -
Cook chicken:
– Add sliced chicken. Cook until no longer pink. -
Spice it up:
– Stir in ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, and chili paste.
– Coat chicken well. -
Simmer broth:
– Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
– Let it cook ~10 minutes. -
Creamy finish:
– Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
– Simmer another 5 minutes. -
Season:
– Add salt & pepper to taste.
– Adjust heat with more sriracha if needed. -
Assemble:
– Place noodles in bowls.
– Ladle hot broth and chicken over the top. -
Garnish:
– Top with cilantro and green onions. -
