Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the edamame in water for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Drain and let them cool.
- In a food processor, combine edamame, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
