Easy Smash Burger Tacos are a quick and delicious twist on traditional beef tacos, combining the flavors of a smash burger with the convenience of a taco.
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and season with salt and pepper.
- Place each portion of beef onto the skillet and press down with a spatula to flatten into a patty.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the sauce.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a beef patty on each tortilla, followed by cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Drizzle the sauce over the top and serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add sliced onions or jalapeños.
- Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
