Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.

- For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of flour with the beef broth before adding to the skillet.
