Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mash the boiled potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and paprika, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Take a scoop of mashed potatoes and flatten it in your hand, place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, and fold the potatoes around it to form a ball.
- Place the stuffed potato balls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can fry the potato balls before baking.
- Serve with a side of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
