- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip fish fillets in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden and crispy.
- In another bowl, combine cabbage, lime juice, mayonnaise, and honey to make the slaw.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a piece of fish on each tortilla, topped with slaw.
- Serve immediately with lime crema on the side.
