Description
This creamy spinach artichoke dip is the ultimate party hit, perfect for any gathering or celebration.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
