Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each bun.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
