Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each bun.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
