Description

Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Protein Pops are a delicious and healthy frozen dessert that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the richness of chocolate and the nutritional benefits of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey or plant protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, protein powder, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Drizzle melted dark chocolate into each mold, swirling it with a stick or spoon for a marbled effect.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
