  • 500g ground beef
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and potatoes. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
