Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and potatoes. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
