Ingredients
- 200g penne pasta
- 300g ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the butter until melted and well combined with the beef and garlic.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter and beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pasta and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
