Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Melt the butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
