Ingredients

  • 500g filo pastry
  • 300g feta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 100ml yogurt
  • 50ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the eggs, yogurt, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil.
  4. Layer a sheet of filo pastry in the dish and brush it with oil.
  5. Spread a portion of the cheese mixture over the filo.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of filo.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
